Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, HELLS, and ESPL1. Each is linked with PLRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLRG1 versus CENPF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
