Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP417, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with PLRG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by PLRG1-low versus PLRG1-high in LUSC.
