PLRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with PLRG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PLRG1-low versus PLRG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
