Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLRG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Depurination, DNA damage tolerance, and DNA alkylation repair. Each is linked with PLRG1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLRG1 results are reported.
