Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUCLA2, RPA1, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with PLPPR5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR5-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR5 results are reported.
