PLPPR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,272 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSC5D, PRKG1, and VIM. Each is linked with PLPPR4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPPR4 versus SSC5D in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
