Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEPTIN3, and CYP2D6. Each is linked with PLPPR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR4 results are reported.
