PLPPR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,943 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, RBBP8, and DBF4P1. Each is linked with PLPPR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1 grouped by PLPPR4-low versus PLPPR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
