Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, STAT3_pY705, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PLPPR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR4 results are reported.
