PLPPR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,756 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZU1, GPSM1, and DLG4. Each is linked with PLPPR3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPPR3 versus AZU1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
