Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,488 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA6, RPGR_S518, and HSDL1. Each is linked with PLPPR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR3 results are reported.
