Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ8, RNU1-64P, and RN7SL813P. Each is linked with PLPPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ8 grouped by PLPPR3-low versus PLPPR3-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
