Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Rictor_pT1135, and STAT5a. Each is linked with PLPPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by PLPPR3-low versus PLPPR3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
