Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPPR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,208 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Locomotory exploration behavior, AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, and Glutamate receptor clustering. Each is linked with PLPPR3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR3 results are reported.
