Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,016 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, CLEC11A, and CNN2. Each is linked with PLPPR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPPR2 versus ISLR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
