Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,361 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RECQL5, RHAG, and RNF123. Each is linked with PLPPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR2 results are reported.
