The most reproducible PLPPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-471P, RNA5SP19, and HSPA8P17. Each is linked with PLPPR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR2 results are reported.
