PLPPR2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and GAPDH. Each is linked with PLPPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR2 results are reported.
