Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,467 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPPR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Positive regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with PLPPR2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate grouped by PLPPR2-low versus PLPPR2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
