PLPPR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,723 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF189, GSTA4, and KCNMB2. Each is linked with PLPPR1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPPR1 versus ZNF189 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
