Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,396 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, RAPGEF5_S225, and CRMP1. Each is linked with PLPPR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPPR1 versus NAXE in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
