Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,210 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BIN2_S425, ARNTL, and ARPP19. Each is linked with PLPPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR1 results are reported.
