The most reproducible PLPPR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are External encapsulating structure organization, Regulation of interleukin-1 production, and Extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with PLPPR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR1 results are reported.
