PLPP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,408 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLGRKT, RANBP6, and CDC37L1. Each is linked with PLPP6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP6-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
