Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,483 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of neutrophil activation, Prenylation, and Protein prenylation. Each is linked with PLPP6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP6-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP6 results are reported.
