PLPP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,095 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD276, COL5A1, and COMP. Each is linked with PLPP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP4-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
