PLPP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,922 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, LGALS1, and PIK3IP1. Each is linked with PLPP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP4-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
