PLPP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OXA1L, TLN1, and QKI. Each is linked with PLPP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP2 versus OXA1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
