Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Eosinophils, Hepatocytes, and DC. Each is linked with PLPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Eosinophils grouped by PLPP2-low versus PLPP2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
