PLPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,702 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, MYLK, and ESF1. Each is linked with PLPP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP1 versus SEPTIN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
