Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,341 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Androgen receptor signaling pathway, Ceramide metabolic process, and Sphingolipid catabolic process. Each is linked with PLPP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP1 results are reported.
