PLPBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,017 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG4, ERLIN2, and DDHD2. Each is linked with PLPBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPBP-to-partner and partner-to-PLPBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPBP versus BAG4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
