Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,807 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, CD44, and DDAH1. Each is linked with PLP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLP2-to-partner and partner-to-PLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLP2 versus PLAU in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
