Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,963 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of TORC1 signaling, Endosomal transport, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with PLP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLP1 results are reported.
