PLP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L5, KRTAP7-1, and APOBEC1. Each is linked with PLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L5 grouped by PLP1-low versus PLP1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
