PLOD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,481 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA1, P4HA2, and IKBIP. Each is linked with PLOD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLOD2 versus P4HA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
