Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FoxM1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PLOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD2 results are reported.
