Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,696 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to hypoxia, Response to decreased oxygen levels, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with PLOD2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD2 results are reported.
