PLOD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 738 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3L, CBY1, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with PLOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3L grouped by PLOD2-low versus PLOD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
