Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,885 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, COL1A1, and MRC2. Each is linked with PLOD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLOD1 versus MXRA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
