Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA3, p62 Lck ligand, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with PLOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD1 results are reported.
