Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KU-60019, GSK2606414, and KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12. Each is linked with PLOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD1 results are reported.
