PLLP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLLP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,414 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLLP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, TRIM2, and PLS1. Each is linked with PLLP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLLP-to-partner and partner-to-PLLP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLLP versus DDAH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
