Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLLP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,056 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLLP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPP2, HLF, and PHYHIP. Each is linked with PLLP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLLP-to-partner and partner-to-PLLP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLLP versus PLPP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
