PLK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UGGT1, REEP6, and LARS2. Each is linked with PLK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK5-to-partner and partner-to-PLK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
