Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P15, ZFP91P1, and LINC02340. Each is linked with PLK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK5-to-partner and partner-to-PLK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
