PLK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RPL12_S38, and RRM1. Each is linked with PLK4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK4-to-partner and partner-to-PLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLK4 versus RFC1_T506 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
