PLK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1, MRAP, and LCE4A. Each is linked with PLK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK4-to-partner and partner-to-PLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1 grouped by PLK4-low versus PLK4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
