PLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,437 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4F, CENPH, and CPSF4. Each is linked with PLK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK2-to-partner and partner-to-PLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4F grouped by PLK2-low versus PLK2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
