Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with PLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK2-to-partner and partner-to-PLK2 results are reported.
